Smoked Turkey recipe

#1 Preheat smoker to 225 degrees using Hickory or Mesquite wood
#2 Rub olive oil over whole outside of turkey
#3 lightly sprinkle Lowery salt , and Montreal steak seasoning over bird
#4 place in smoker directly on racks leave on rack uncovered 1 ½ -2 hours (until golden brown)
#5 place in ½ size tin try and cover with heavy foil
#6 maintain fire / heat at 225 degrees for 6 hours total, tray will fill up with juices so be careful not to spill it can burn you –it can be used to make great gravy.
